“ It’s easy to give 5 stars when everything goes right. But when things go wrong that’s when the true character of a place is revealed. The entire team at World Subaru went above and beyond to make sure our car shopping experience was the best one possible. Purchased a used Subaru with over 100K miles, signed the As-is papers and declined coverages. After we left, about 15-20 miles away something happened with the engine. Called the dealer and they asked us to drive it back. A transmission code popped up, they gave me a loaner and gave me the option to back out of the deal or add coverages. They called me the next day, explained the repair needed, did it for me free of charge. They could’ve sent me on my way when the problem first occurred, but they went above and beyond and treated us like family. We drove over an hour for this specific car, and I’m glad we did. My son loves it. Special thanks to Gianni who helped us every step of the way, and Thank you to Tom, Darryl, Sam and the entire team at World Subaru. ”
